Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett share a deep friendship on and off the stage.

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett are set to make beautiful music together.

Mama Monster confirmed on Twitter that the duo will collaborate on an album.

The news comes right after the superstars performed together at an inaugural ball in Washington, D.C., for President Obama’s campaign staff, where 26-year-old Gaga tweeted a picure of the pair with the caption, “Here’s me and my handsome date.”

This won’t be the first time Bennett, 86, and the pop star get together in harmony.

For Tony B’s “Duets II” album released last year, the two recorded “The Lady is a Tramp,” the song they also performed at the ball.

Back in 2011 Bennett had nothing but kind words to say about his dear friend.

“She’s the biggest. I’ll tell you, I never met anyone with more talent than that lady,” he told MTV News at the time.

Gaga posted several twitpics from the grand event stating, “I had the most amazing evening with The President, First Lady & The Whitehouse staff.”

The pop-star, who will release her new album “ARTPOP” later this year, is excited about working with the legendary singer although there’s no telling when music fans will get a first listen.

“I simply cannot wait for our album together, he’s my darling,” she added.
