Tony Bennett, with his awards at last year’s Grammys, says his fave singer is Amy Winehouse.

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett’s musical love game might turn into a bad romance when the 26-year-old singer hears this.

Gaga and Bennett, 86, who sang “The Lady Is a Tramp” together at the inaugural ball for President Obama’s campaign staff in January, and plan to collaborate again on an upcoming jazz album, have appeared to be each other’s number one. But it seems Mother Monster will never replace another talented songstress in the eyes of Bennett â€" Amy Winehouse.

“I have great respect for Amy Winehouse,” Bennett told Confidenti@l at an event for the Amy Winehouse Foundation at the Electric Room on Monday. “She’s better than any of these singers now. It’s not my opinion. It’s a fact.”

Ouch.

The “I Left My Heart in San Francisco” singer, looking dapper in suit and tie at the underground nightclub, added that Winehouse “is better than any of the young artists.”

At one time, he seemed to have chosen Gaga as his protégée. The 16-time Grammy-winning octogenarian performed with Gaga on her ABC holiday special, “A Very Gaga Thanksgiving,” and included their performance on his “Duets II” album, released last October.

“The collaboration with Lady Gaga is going to really reaffirm that she’s one of the best jazz singers that anyone’s ever heard,” Bennett told Billboard at the time.

Despite his gushing over Gaga, Bennett explains why Winehouse won his heart.

“I’ve listened to everything from the Beatles to the Rolling Stones, and I was waiting to hear a singer who sang very, very well, and I was always disappointed by what I was hearing, and Amy was the first one who actually had an absolutely great voice. As good as Ella Fitzgerald,” he said.

Winehouse’s father, Mitch, was at the Shane Kidd-organized event, and said Bennett was his “all-time hero.” He also played never-heard recordings of Amy for the crowd, including “Sentimental Journey” and “The Nearness of You.”

“I wish she was here,” Mitch said. “She would be having a good time.”

‘GOSSIP’ GANG LOOKS BACK

With “Gossip Girl” off the air, the cast is split over their feelings about the hit series coming to an end. While Leighton Meester, who played Blair for six seasons on the CW hit, has said finishing work on the show has left her missing New York, Blake Lively isn’t as nostalgic. “She’s really happy it’s over, and is vocal about it,” a Lively pal tells Confidenti@l.

Lively, who wed Ryan Reynolds in September, is happy to be playing newlywed right now. “She is settling into domestic bliss.” The leggy Lively and her hubby, who purchased a home in Bedford, N.Y., are spending as much time together as possible. The duo just returned from a vacation to Dubai last week.

Another co-star who shares Lively’s sentiments and was just fine with the conclusion of the teen drama is Ed Westwick â€" better known as the conniving Chuck Bass. “He thinks of himself as a thespian, and wants to move onto more serious work,” a source tells us.
