THE ‘BEAR’ NECESSITIES. “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt,” Michael Rosen’s award-winning kids’ book, will come to life at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center. OUR LINKS TO LINCOLN. The New-York Historical Society will salute Black History Month with its “Abolishing Slavery: The 150th Anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation” exhibit. It will feature a congressional copy of the 13th Amendment resolution and a 1864 printing of the Proclamation, both signed by Abraham Lincoln.
