Steven Tyler retuns to "American Idol" dressed in drag.Â
A woman dressed in drag shocks the judges on Thursday night's audition episode of "American Idol."
Who was the mysterious blond looking to "make it to Hollywood"?
It was none other than former "Idol" judge Steven Tyler pretending to me a lady named Pepper trying out for the show.
The Aerosmith star, 64, rocked a blond wig, red lips, black tights and heels, but he didn't seem to have judge Keith Urban fooled for long as the country star immediately broke in to laughter when Tyler walked in.
"What the, what?" Randy Jackson said when he got a first glimpse of his former co-star on stage.
"My name is Pepper. I'm going to sing a song called 'Tell Your Ma, Tell Your Pa, Our Love Going to Grow, Wah Wah,'" he joked to judging panel. "But before I do I'm going to judge you all (bleeps) first."

"Steven Tyler is in the house," Jackson then yelled. "Has your chest grown?" he says referring to his fake breasts.
"Do I go through to Hollywood or what?" Tyler jokingly asked.
Tyler proceeded to take off his wig and start throwing around all his feminine attire.
"I just wanted to come by and say hello," he said to Jackson, Urban, Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey right before walking off and flashing the judges a shot of his behind.
This round of auditions took place in Oklahoma, which is home to "Idol" superstar Carrie Underwood, and this was the last chance for contestants to make it before the live action heads west next week in Hollywood.
