The road comedy “Identity Thief” skimmed, scammed, schemed and stole its way to box office supremacy this weekend, making off with a cool $ 36.6 million in ticket sales.

The flick, starring Melissa McCarthy as a frenzied fraudster and Jason Bateman as the milquetoast whose credit cards get ripped off, made out like a bandit despite the ferocious blizzard in the Northeast.
