Oprah Winfrey has a knack for inducing weepy confessions on her couch, but on Monday, the TV personality is expected to get a bombshell admission from Lance Armstrong while interviewing the steroid-stained cyclist at his home in Austin, Texas.
Armstrong, who was banned for life and stripped of his seven Tour de France titles, plans to admit to doping throughout his career, according to a USA Today report, after vigorously denying the allegations for years and often lashing out at his accusers.

As the News reported on Wednesday, the interview will be the first Armstrong has given since the United States Anti-Doping Agency released a 1,000-page report detailing how Armstrongâs comeback from cancer was fueled by performance-enhancing drugs. It will air Jan. 17 during a 90-minute episode of âOprahâs Next Chapter.â
